Privacy Policy
ONECHUNK ("we") operates Ink Hour ("the app"). This policy explains what the app collects and why.
1. No accounts
The app has no sign-up and no login. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or postal address.
2. Stored only on your device
Your theme, display language, and clock mode stay on your device. They are never sent to us, and they are removed when you delete the app.
3. Collected to process purchases
When you buy, our payment processor RevenueCat, Inc. handles:
- An anonymous user identifier (a random string generated by the app; it is not linked to your identity)
- Purchase records (product, time of purchase, renewal or refund, transaction status)
- Device and app information (OS name and version, app version, country)
Payment details such as card numbers are handled directly by Apple or Google. We never receive or see them.
4. What we do not collect
- Advertising identifiers — the app has no ads
- Usage analytics — we use no analytics tools
- Location, contacts, photos, microphone, camera
5. Purpose
To confirm entitlement, restore purchases on a new device, and handle refunds and errors. Nothing else.
6. Retention
Purchase records are kept while the service operates. Korean law requires records of payment and supply of goods to be retained for five years.
7. International transfer
RevenueCat, Inc. processes the data in Section 3 in the United States on our behalf. Apple Inc. and Google LLC act as payment processors for their respective stores under their own privacy policies.
8. Sharing
We do not sell or share your information with third parties, except where required by law.
9. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing. Contact us at the address below. Because we hold only an anonymous identifier, please include proof of purchase so we can locate your record.
10. Children
The app is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their information.
11. Security
Data in transit is encrypted (HTTPS), and we process only the minimum needed to confirm a purchase.

개인정보처리방침
ONECHUNK(이하 "회사")은 Ink Hour(이하 "앱")를 운영하며, 이용자의 개인정보를 다음과 같이 처리합니다.
1. 계정이 없습니다
앱은 회원가입·로그인이 없습니다. 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 주소를 수집하지 않습니다.
2. 기기에만 저장되는 정보
테마, 표시 언어, 시계 모드 설정은 이용자의 기기 안에만 저장되며 회사로 전송되지 않습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다.
3. 결제 처리를 위해 수집하는 정보
유료 구매 시 결제 처리 업체인 RevenueCat, Inc.를 통해 아래 정보가 처리됩니다.
- 익명 이용자 식별자 (앱이 자동 생성하는 임의의 문자열, 이용자 신원과 연결되지 않음)
- 구매 내역 (상품 종류, 구매·갱신·환불 시각, 결제 상태)
- 기기 및 앱 정보 (운영체제 종류와 버전, 앱 버전, 국가)
결제 수단 정보(카드번호 등)는 Apple 또는 Google이 직접 처리하며, 회사는 이를 수집하지도, 열람하지도 않습니다.
4. 수집하지 않는 것
- 광고 및 광고 식별자 — 앱에 광고가 없습니다
- 이용 행태 분석 — 분석 도구를 사용하지 않습니다
- 위치정보, 연락처, 사진, 마이크, 카메라
5. 이용 목적
구매 여부 확인, 기기 변경 시 구매 복원, 환불·오류 대응. 다른 목적으로 이용하지 않습니다.
6. 보유 및 파기
구매 기록은 서비스 운영 기간 동안 보관합니다. 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」에 따라 대금결제 및 재화 공급에 관한 기록은 5년간 보존합니다.

Apple Inc.(미국) 및 Google LLC(미국)는 각 스토어의 결제 처리자로서 자체 방침에 따라 정보를 처리합니다.
8. 제3자 제공
회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하거나 판매하지 않습니다. 법령에 따른 요구가 있는 경우에 한해 제공될 수 있습니다.
9. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 자신의 정보에 대한 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요구할 수 있습니다. 아래 연락처로 요청하시면 지체 없이 조치합니다. 앱은 익명 식별자만 보유하므로, 요청 시 해당 식별자를 확인할 수 있는 정보(구매 영수증 등)를 함께 보내주셔야 처리가 가능합니다.
10. 아동의 개인정보
앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다.
11. 안전성 확보 조치
전송 구간은 암호화(HTTPS)되며, 회사는 구매 확인에 필요한 최소한의 정보만 처리합니다.
