Terms of Use
1. Scope
These terms govern your use of Ink Hour ("the app"), provided by ONECHUNK ("we").
2. What the app does
The app shows a line of classic literature naming the current time, every minute. All passages come from public domain works. Some have been adapted so the stated time matches; the app marks these where they appear.
3. Pricing
- The app is paid. Access requires either a yearly subscription or a lifetime purchase.
- Prices vary by country. The amount shown at checkout is what you will be charged.
- The yearly subscription renews automatically at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment and does not renew. "Lifetime" means for as long as we offer the app.
4. Payment and cancellation
Payment is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Cancel a subscription or change auto-renewal in your store account settings; we cannot do this for you.
5. Refunds
Refunds follow the policy of the store you purchased from. Request them from Apple or Google directly; we do not control their decisions.
6. Restoring purchases
If you change devices or reinstall, sign in with the same store account and use "Restore Purchases" in the app.
7. Intellectual property
The app's design, code, and marks belong to us. The literary passages themselves are in the public domain and are not subject to copyright.
8. Restrictions
Do not reverse engineer, copy, redistribute, or circumvent the paid features of the app.
9. Changes and discontinuation
We may change or discontinue the app. We will give notice before any material change that disadvantages paying users, or before shutting the service down.
10. Disclaimer
The app is for enjoyment. Do not rely on it where accurate timekeeping matters — alarms, work, medical use. We do not warrant that it will run uninterrupted or error-free.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, with disputes heard by the court with jurisdiction over our place of business. This does not limit consumer rights you hold under the law of your country of residence.

이용약관
1. 목적
이 약관은 ONECHUNK(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 애플리케이션 Ink Hour(이하 "앱")의 이용 조건을 정합니다.
2. 서비스 내용
앱은 현재 시각이 언급된 고전문학 구절을 매 분 보여줍니다. 모든 구절은 퍼블릭 도메인 저작물에서 가져온 것이며, 일부는 해당 시각에 맞게 표현을 수정한 것으로 앱 내에 그 사실이 표시됩니다.
3. 이용료
- 앱은 유료이며, 연간 구독 또는 평생 이용권 중 하나를 구매해야 이용할 수 있습니다.
- 가격은 국가별로 다르며, 결제 화면에 표시되는 금액이 실제 청구 금액입니다.
- 연간 구독은 만료 24시간 전까지 해지하지 않으면 자동으로 갱신되고 동일 금액이 청구됩니다.
- 평생 이용권은 1회 결제이며 갱신되지 않습니다. "평생"은 회사가 앱을 제공하는 기간을 의미합니다.
4. 결제 및 해지
결제는 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play를 통해 이루어집니다. 구독 해지와 자동갱신 설정은 각 스토어의 계정 설정에서 직접 하실 수 있으며, 회사는 이를 대신 처리할 수 없습니다.
5. 환불
환불은 구매한 스토어의 정책에 따릅니다. Apple 또는 Google에 직접 요청하셔야 하며, 회사는 스토어의 환불 결정에 관여하지 않습니다.
6. 구매 복원
기기를 변경하거나 앱을 다시 설치한 경우, 구매 시 사용한 것과 동일한 스토어 계정으로 로그인한 뒤 앱 내 "구매 복원"으로 이용 권한을 되찾을 수 있습니다.
7. 지식재산권
앱의 디자인, 코드, 상표는 회사에 귀속됩니다. 앱에 수록된 문학 구절 자체는 퍼블릭 도메인이므로 저작권 보호 대상이 아닙니다.
8. 금지 행위
앱의 역설계, 무단 복제, 재배포, 유료 기능의 우회를 금지합니다.
9. 서비스의 변경 및 종료
회사는 앱의 내용을 변경하거나 제공을 중단할 수 있습니다. 유료 이용자에게 불리한 중대한 변경이나 서비스 종료 시에는 사전에 고지합니다.
10. 면책
앱은 감상용으로 제공되며, 시각 표시의 정확성에 의존하는 용도(알람, 업무, 의료 등)로 사용해서는 안 됩니다. 회사는 앱이 중단 없이 오류 없이 작동함을 보증하지 않습니다.
11. 준거법 및 관할
이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따르며, 분쟁은 회사 소재지를 관할하는 법원을 제1심 관할로 합니다. 이 조항은 이용자가 거주 국가의 소비자보호법에 따라 갖는 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.
